The drinks program is led by Venue Manager Kieren Garwood, who has designed a playful, high-impact cocktail list to complement the food offering. “Korean and Japanese are two of my favourite cuisines,” Kieren explains. “In both cultures, there’s a real sense of celebration around food and drink. Kanpai, Geonbae, that moment of cheers, of connection. That’s the energy we want to bring into the space.”
A must-try from the drink’s menu is the Yoplait-OK! – Kieren’s twist on a classic Negroni, reworked with Shochu and strawberry yoghurt for a creamy, tart edge that’s both nostalgic and completely new.
